FORTHCOMING TRADEMARK: “ITS NOT HOW MUCH YOU DRINK, IT’S HOW WELL YOU DRINK”

Over the weekend, I took the initiative to submit a Trademark application to the USPTO in order to officially register the slogan that I personally crafted back in the early 80s: “IT’S NOT HOW MUCH YOU DRINK, IT’S HOW WELL YOU DRINK.” Just yesterday, I received a notification from an attorney representing the USPTO, who informed me that I am indeed legally entitled to utilize the ™ symbol on any Beer Review Journal logos that feature this slogan. While it may take a bit longer before I can utilize the ® symbol, it is definitely on the horizon.
